What is BPAY?

BPAY is a service that allows you to pay bills directly from your bank's telephone banking or internet banking. Much like Direct Deposit, BPAY allows you to transfer money electronically to a chosen account.

BPAY is one of the safest payment methods available in Australia, as payments are made directly from your bank.

To pay for an order with BPAY, simply place an order with us, and select BPAY as your payment method. You will then be provided with a Biller Code and a Reference Number.

Your next step is to access your bank's telephone banking or internet banking, and select the 'pay a bill' or 'BPAY' option. You can then enter your Biller Code, Reference Number and Payment Amount to pay for your apusauction order.

BPAY payments can take one to two days to process. Payments made after 4pm Friday are not processed by the banks until the next business day.

Almost all financial institutions in Australia already have BPAY set up with their bank accounts by default. You should be able to make BPAY payments by using the 'pay a bill' or 'BPAY' option in your bank's telephone banking or internet banking interface.

If you can't find a BPAY or pay a bill?option in your bank's internet banking/telephone banking, or are having trouble with BPAY please contact your financial institution directly for further assistance. Or please  visit the following web site:
