Operating instructions:

1.       Stand the canister upright and add the food you want to marinate to the canister along with your favorite marinade.

2.       Place canister lid on top of canister. Make sure valve gasket is secured.

3.       Place pump over pull ring mechanism down firmly. Pump at least 12 times.

4.       You will know now a vacuum is created when you encounter moderate resistance in the pump and the canister lid cannot be lifted from the canister.

5.       place the power base on a flat.dry surface and plug the power cord into a standard electrical unit and turn on the power switch “ON “ on the pack of the power base .the LED light should turn RED.

6.       Make sure the outside of the canister is clean and dry free of grease and any remaining marinade juices.

7.       Place canister on the drive wheel. it should fit firmly on the base.

8.       Press the “ON” button on the control panel. The motor will begin to rotate the canister and automatically stop in 9 minutes.

9.       Some foods do not require a 9 minute cycle such ad,fish and other delicate foods.

        Press the “OFF”button on the control panel to stop the 9 minute Marinator before cycle ends.

10.    Remove canister from drive wheel and place in upright position.

11.    Release the air from the canister by lifting the pull ring mechanism. DO NOT pull to hard on this .you should hear the air being expelled .once the air is expelled you should easily be able to remove the canister lid.

12.    Your food is now fully marinated and ready to be cooked or served .
