  • 24 Hours Burn-in Test service before delivery
  • 1-Year RTB* Labour Service.
  • Covers PCs upto the value of $3000
  • Covers only the PC tower and a corded keyboard and mouse (purchased with the system)
  • Does NOT cover external peripherals such as monitors, printers or scanners
  • Does NOT cover server classed component or systems operating in a server role
  • Equipment must be plugged into bundled surge protector at all times

PC System Assembling Service with 1-Year RTB (Return To Base) Labour Warranty

*RTB(Return To Base) : Buyer has to manage the cost of returning the item to our service centre in Sydney.

Labour service

- Manage to restore the system back to original working condition.

- Does Not cover backup or data restore service, customer should backup all of the data before return the system for service.

- Does Not cover PC Virus or Spyware infection.
