We guarantee your order will be delivered before Christmas when you pay the order by Paypal Express on the Christmas Delivery Cut Off date (listed above) or before. If you pay using Bpay, please arrange the payment 1 business day earlier.
 
Here are the conditions to make your life a little easier:

    * Payment by Paypal Express has to be on  the cut off date or before
    * Payment by Bpay has to be at least 1 business day before the cut off date
    * There is no Christmas Delivery Guarantee for Money Order or Bank Cheque Payments
    * The guarantee is only valid for the 1st courier/post attempt Delivery before Christmas Day
    * Computer & IT Products are NOT covered in the Christmas Delivery Guarantee (Due to the difference in operational processes). Please try to order the Computer & IT products separately to make sure the non-Computer & IT orders are covered with the Guarantee

General Shipping Cut Off Time:

    * For Sydney and ACT area, the cut off time is 21/12/2009 AEDT.

    * For Brisbane, Melbourne and NSW Region, the cut off time is 20/12/2009.

    * For Adelaide, Gold Coast and VIC Region, the cut off time is 17/12/2009.

    * For Perth, QLD Region and SA Region, the cut off time is 16/12/2009.

    * For TAS Region, WA Region and NT Region, the cut off time is 1512/2009.

Express Post Cut Off Time:

    * For NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, QLD, the cut off time is 12pm 22/12/2009 AEDT

    * For NT, TAS, WA, the cut off time is 20/12/2009 AEDT

If we fail to meet the Christmas Delivery Guarantee, we will credit the full amount of postage fee of the related order(s) to your Shopping Square account (by store credit).
