Cancellation of Unpaid Items

We have so many customers and so many products that we’re overloaded! In order to help our system out a little and to make our services more efficient for you, we’re going to tweak it a little.

From the 1st of November 2009, all orders will be cancelled if they are unpaid for for 7 days. This will ensure that your item is dispatched to you much quicker but it will help to make sure your order is not behind someone who is hemming and hawing . It will mean that your product is back on the shelf and readily available for you rather than sitting in the virtual cart of someone who is not sure if they want it.
